Half-board accommodation is available in the University of Wales, Newport Halls of Residence on the Caerleon Campus but only to those who have booked at the time of entering. No accommodation bookings can be accepted after 4 June (i.e. the entry closing date).

Those staying in accommodation will receive a two-course meal (including a vegatarian option) from the evening of 30 June, a single en-suite room and a breakfast (either continental or cooked), on a daily basis, to the morning of 4 July. Breakfast will be served 7.00 - 8.00 and dinner 18.00 - 19.00. At lunchtime the Refectory will be open until 13.30pm on Wednesday - Friday but not on Saturday.

Note: the organiser should be advised of any special catering or accommodation needs sooner rather than later so that these needs can be met.

No bike mechanics/cleaning will be permitted in the accommodation facilities; there will be designated areas on the campus for this. A stand-pipe will be available each evening to enable riders to clean their bikes. Bikes can be stored in vehicles overnight or in accommodation kitchens, if clean.

There is a 24-hour, coin-operated laundrette on the campus.

A massage service will be available to all those staying in accommodation; details will be advertised on arrival.

Campus parking is on a pay and display basis.
