Entry fee PLUS half-board accommodation:

£44 per rider per day for a rider who is part of a 3 or 4 person club/composite team i.e. a total of £220 per rider
£46 per rider per day for a rider who is not in a team i.e. a total of £230 per rider

Note: all individual riders will be randomly allocated to a team

Entry fee for riders NOT requiring accommodation:

£20 per rider per day for a rider who is part of a 3 or 4 person club/composite team i.e. a total of £100 per rider
£22 per rider per day for a rider who is not in a team i.e. a total of £110 per rider

Note: riders requiring accommodation must complete both a British Cycling entry form and an accommodation form

Note: please send the entry form and accommodation form together

The closing date for entries is 4 June 2009

Note: due to University financial regulations, your entry fee cheque will be cashed immediately upon receipt. This does NOT indicate that your entry has been accepted. The entries will be reviewed and then selected (see Entry prioritisation) immediately after the closing date. A cheque for your entry fee will be returned to you if your entry is not accepted.
